ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A6, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 109, 366 I.P.C, in Crime No.37 of 2018, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the detenu, namely one Janaki and first accused fell in love with each other, in the meantime, on 11.01.2018 both are eloped from their house with help of the other accused persons.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner herein, who is arrayed as A6 is running a flex board manufacturing shop. The first accused was working as a labour in the above said shop. So that the petitioner herein has been falsely implicated in this case, he has not committed any offence as alleged, he is no way connected with the offence, and pleads for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police fairly submitted that the further processing in this matter has been dropped, since the alleged https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
occurrence was happened between the relatives. Hence, apprehension of arrest, does not arise.
5.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police that the further processing in this matter has been dropped, apprehension of arrest does not arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
