ORDER

Heard Mr. T.Ravichandran, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. T.Balasubramanian, Learned Counsel appearing for the Third Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

It is stated by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the Third Respondent has reinstated the Petitioner into service and he is continuing to work and as such, the Writ Petition challenging the order of termination dated 12.12.2013 has become infructuous. He has also sent a memo dated 02.07.2021 to that effect through e-mail, which is placed on record.
