ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a complaint based on the complaint made by the petitioners on 29.07.2017 and a detailed complaint on 13.10.2017.

2.According to the petitioners, the complaint has been made before the respondent police on 29.07.2017 and a detailed complaint has also been made on 13.10.2017, but no action has been taken to register the complaint of the petitioners so far, hence the present Criminal Original Petition is filed before this Court. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed a report stating that the respondent police enquired the complaint and advised the parties to measure the property with the help of the Surveyor and till the property has been measured, they should not make any dispute among themselves. Both the parties have accepted the said arrangement. Hence, recording the same, the complaints have been closed.

4.However, the learned counsel for the petitioners disputed the said fact. But this Court is not inclined to go into all these aspects at this stage.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. If the petitioners have any grievance, it is open to them to approach the appropriate forum to seek their remedy.
