ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to quash the FIR in Crime No.296 of 2015 pending on the file of the respondent police. 2.The petitioners are arrayed as A1 to A5 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C in Crime No.296 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police. 3.Today, the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that a joint compromise memo has been filed by the parties and duly signed by them and attested by their respective counsel wherein it is stated that the petitioners as well as the second respondent have arrived at compromise and the matter in issue between them has been amicably resolved and therefore, the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant is not willing to prosecute the case.

5.In the result, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the FIR in Crime No.296 of 2015 pending on the file of the first respondent, is quashed.
