O R D E R

This quash petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 422 of 2013 pending on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation has been completed and the charge sheet yet to be filed. Only because of the pendency of this petition to quash the F.I.R, the first respondent is unable to file the charge sheet.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Criminal Original Petition and the first respondent is directed to file final report within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with the above direction. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
