This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.43/2018 on the file of Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Thallakulam, Madurai, dated 23.07.2018 as against the petitioners.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation and filed final report on 30.11.2019 before the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Madurai.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
