The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to direct the first respondent herein to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.70 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent to any other appropriate agency and to file a final report before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) submitted that the petition enquiry has been conducted and closed as mistake of fact on 11.05.2015.
