The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition for a limited relief, to direct the learned District Munsif, Virudhunagar, to expedite the disposal of E.P.No.. 21 of 2017 in O.S.No.209 of 2008.

2. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission after dispensing with notice on the respondents, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against them in the Civil Revision Petition. 1/3

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Civil Revision Petition, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif, Virudhunagar, to dispose of E.P.No.21 of 2017 in O.S.No.209 of 2008, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
