ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 06.11.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has obtained loan from Shriram City Union Finance Limited and subsequently, he has paid major portion of the loan. But the said finance company demanded more amounts. Hence, the petitioner's husband has approached the District Legal Authorities, Trichy and before the said authority, it was agreed to pay Rs.6,00,000/-. But the said finance company is demanding Rs.9,00,000/-by saying that already an award has been passed against the petitioner and hence a complaint was lodged before the second respondent. But, so far no action has been taken. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, the second respondent has transferred the said complaint to the Inspector of Police, Mannachanallur Police Station and the enquiry is still pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.

Police, Mannachanallur is directed to enquire the matter and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offences, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law. In case, the enquiry reveals only civil dispute then, he can direct the parties to approach the civil Court and get appropriate remedy. 5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
