CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner after some arguments seek the permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with a further prayer to expedite the appeal for the reason that the petitioner/ appellant is aged about 62 years and even according to the prosecution he is handicapped and the offence said to have been committed in the spar of the moment. This court heard the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. In the light of the endorsement made, this Miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
