ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Srivilliputhur, to dispose of the petition in I.D.O.P.No.165 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible. 2.The above said I.D.O.P. has been filed by the petitioner seeking 1/4

divorce in the year 2021. Later, the respondent filed an interlocutory application seeking rejection of petition in the year 2022. That was dismissed by the trial Court.

3.Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that I.A.No.2 and 3 of 2022 are pending seeking maintenance. By filing interlocutory applications the respondent dragging on the proceedings. The above said I.A is pending without any progress for more than a year. 4.Considering the submissions made on the side of the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Srivilliputhur, to dispose of the above said interlocutory application in this case within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above said directions, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
