ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents, particularly, the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2022.
2. Mr.S.Palani Velayutham, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is eligible to participate in the transfer counselling, he is apprehending that he would not be allowed to participate in the transfer counselling scheduled to be held in the month of Feb. 2022. Therefore, he made a representation dated 06.01.2022 to the first respondent. However, the said representation has not been considered so far. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

Mr.S.Saji Bino, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that as per the Circular of the Commissioner of School Education in Na.Ka.No.756/D1/2021, dated 06.01.2022, the petitioner is entitled to participate in the transfer counselling scheduled to be held on 08.02.2022.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2022, in the light of the Circular of the Commissioner of School Education in Na.Ka.No.756/D1/2021, dated 06.01.2022, before the date of counselling. No costs.
