This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 3 to initiate the proceedings under Section 145 of Cr.P.C 1973 to safeguard the interest of the standing trees in the lands situated in S.No.55 of Kannirasapuram Village, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Writ Petitioner would seek permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
