This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to provide adequate police protection for the petitioner and her family members on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 16.12.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's complaint seeking police protection was closed after conducting an enquiry. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.Since the main complaint itself was closed after enquiry, no further orders are required to be passed. Accordingly, this petition stands closed.
