This petition has been filed for a direction to the trial Court for the speedy disposal of the case in M.C.No.275 of 2014 on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate Level), Madurai to dispose the above case within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the case is pending from the year 2014, the Additional Mahila Court, (Judicial Magistrate Level), Madurai is directed to dispose of the case in M.C.No.275 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
