ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second and third respondents not to interfere with the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner and their family members under the guise of enquiry based upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the dispute is with regard to the non-payment of brokerage and if there is any due, then it is open to the fourth respondent to file a suit and instead of that he has lodged a false complaint before the second and third respondents and based on the said complaint, the respondents second and third are harassing the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint an enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed as it is relating to the civil dispute and hence the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise. 4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
