ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of the Petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions of the Respondent Police would submit that the subject matter of the petition involves civil dispute and civil suit is also pending. He would also submit that based on the complaint, CSR No.405 of 2023 dated 29.08.2023 was also registered between the Petitioner and the Respondents 3 and 4.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions further submitted that as per the circular issued by the Director General of Police / Head of State Police Force, Tamil Nadu and the Additional Director General of Police, Law and Order, Tamil Nadu, the Respondents 1 and 2 had closed the said CSR, as it is a civil dispute.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
