O R D E R

This quash petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.184 of 2014 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same so far the petitioners concern.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation completed and charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.174 of 2016. Hence, the prayer sought for becomes infructuous.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
