Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.ANANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.87 of 2019 on 04.01.2019. 2.Earlier, this Court by an order dated 04.01.2019 in Crl.O.P (MD)No.87 of 2019, had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00.a.m, for a period of two weeks, thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had answered to the defacto complainant/police man by sitting in the Car, which was taken as an offence by the defacto complainant. Hence, he is apprehending that harassment would be caused to the petitioner.

4.Considering the same, the appearance of the petitioner before the respondent police is not necessary.
