ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 660/2008 on the file of the respondent Police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation completed and on 30.06.2009 charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court and the same was not taken on file. Hence, the prayer sought for becomes infructuous.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
