O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3.
2. This Court under order dated 23.02.2018 had directed that the fourth respondent shall put up a compound wall on all the four sides of Thiruvadanai Panchayat Union Middle School at Thinayattur Village.
3. The learned Government Pleader submits that the compound wall is constructed on the southern and western side. However, the remaining compound wall is not yet constructed.
4. The order is of the year 2018. It is high time the respondent No.4 complies with the order. The entire compound
wall shall be completed within four months from today.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
