RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P (MD).No.22918/2018 dated 27/12/2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.SANTHANAM RAJESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.22918 of 2018 on 27.12.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.22918 of 2018 on 27.12.2018 is relaxed asfar as the second and third petitioners are concerned. However, the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
