RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court that the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police monthly twice i.e., first and third Monday 10.30 a.m. until further order passed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10580 of 2018 and on 21.12.2018 Crl.OP.No.18267 of 2018 dated 11.10.2018 in Cr.No.118 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.THIRUMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1996 of 2018 on 07.02.2019 modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18267 of 2018 on 11.10.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18267 of 2018 on 11.10.2018 regularly and they prayed for modification of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.18267 of 2018 on 11.10.2018, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, as and when required till the committal proceedings are over.
