This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records from the 2nd respondent and the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent made in TNRO/MDU/24330/Recovery/M-40/8F 2020 dated 28.12.2020 and quash the same as illegal.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
