21915 of 2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JERIN MATHEW.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21915 of 2022, dated 12.12.2022. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21915 of 2022, dated 12.12.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Vallioor Police Station every day at 10.30 am for a period of one https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.1230 of 2023 week and thereafter, shall report before the respondent police, as and when required on issuance of summons.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
