2. Wife seeks transfer of O.S.No.15 of 2019 from the file of the Family Court, Erode to the file of Family Court, Tirunelveli. Transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience. It is seen from the original proceedings that the wife is a resident of Tirunevleli.

3. Considering the convenience of the wife and that of the husband, the suit in O.S.No.15 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Erode and transferred to the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Tirunelveli, for disposal in accordance with law.

4. In fine, this petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
