This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to take the complaint dated 05.07.2015 made by the petitioner into investigation and register the same in accordance with law and file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction would submit that petition enquiry is pending. 4.In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed off.
