(MD).No.10974 of 2016 in Crl.A.(MD).No.427 of 2016 dated 10.11.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.427 of 2016 on 10.11.2016. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.(MD)No.427 of 2016 on 10.11.2016 regularly. Thereafter, the petitioner filed a petition in Crl.M.P(MD)No.826 of 2018 in Crl.A(MD)No.427 of 2016 for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court. This Court by an order dated 12.02.2018 dismissed the same by granting liberty to file a petition u/s 317 Cr.P.C. Hence, for the same, this petition is filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) did not dispute the above fact made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, this Court is not inclined to grant relaxation to the petitioner on the very same ground stated in the earlier dismissal. 5.Hence, this petition is dismissed.
