ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, in Crime No.1 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the first accused along with the petitioners/A2 to A6, who are in-laws of the second respondent/de-facto complainant, harassed her by demanding more dowry.

Court are only in-laws of the de-facto complainant. This Court had earlier granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.Today, the first petitioner has filed an affidavit before this Court stating that the second respondent/de-facto complainant shall be paid a sum of Rs.5,000/- per month as interim maintenance from 01.05.2018 onwards. The affidavit dated 24.04.2018 filed by the first petitioner is taken on record.

5.Taking note of the abvoesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanur, Theni District, and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
