ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the third respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service as per the order of Industrial Dispute Petition No.63 of 2011, dated 07.03.2012.

2.The petitioner seeks execution of the award passed by the Labour Court in ID No. 63 of 2011. As per the amended Section 11-B of the Industrial Dispute Act, the petitioner has to approach the Labour Court concerned for execution of its award by following the procedure contempleted. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Labour Court concerned for the execution of the award https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.20968 of 2013 in the manner prescribed under the provisions of the Industrial Dispute Act.

3.With the aforesaid liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
