The above petition has been filed seeking orders to declare the 13th respondent as major and discharge the third respondent from the guardianship of the 13th respondent in the above appeal.

2. No representation for the respondents 3 and 5.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1, 6, 7 and the learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) appearing for the respondents 8 and 9. Perused.

4. The learned counsel for the appearing petitioner would submit that pending appeal, the 13th respondent has attained majority.

5. Considering the above, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the main appeal.

After making amendment, notice is ordered to the 13th respondent returnable by 26.02.2026.
