RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the Condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honourable Court by an order dated 10.04.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3386 of 2019 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.18986 of 2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.RAJESHWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3386 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.18986 of 2018, on 10.04.2019.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3386 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18986 of 2018, on 10.04.2019, regularly and she prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3386 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18986 of 2018, on 10.04.2019, is modified https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
