ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.189 of 2014 dated 30.12.2014 on the file of the second respondent police to some other impartial investigating agency. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that in this case investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi and the same is yet to be taken on file.

4.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
