ORDER
The petitioner's claim for medical reimbursement has been favourably considered by the Joint Director of Medical and Rural Health Services, Coimbatore, and through his proceedings, in Na.Ka.No.6233/Ka3/2021, dated 05.08.2021, he had made recommendation to the Director of Medical and Rural Health Services, Chennai, which is still pending. 2.In this regard, there shall be a direction to the Director of Medical and Rural Health Services, Chennai, to forthwith pass orders, on the proposal sent by the Joint Director of Medical and Rural Health Services, Coimbatore, in Na.Ka.No.6233/Ka3/2021, dated 05.08.2021, in connection with the petitioner's application for medical reimbursement, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
3.In the light of the above observations, the alleged disobedience cannot be termed as willful in nature and accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed with the above direction.
