ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to take appropriate action and enquire the matter based on complaint in CSR No.257/2025 dated 20.08.2025 and the petitioner's further representation dated 04.09.2025 within a time that may be stipulated by this Court.
2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 20.08.2025 and representation, dated 04.09.2025 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
