Hence, the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) in each petition, to the Legal Aid Services Committee, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
