ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is present. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.18 of 2018 is pending.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent Police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks. Till then, the respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
5.With the above observations, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
