This petition has been filed for a direction to complete the trial of the case in C.C.No.63 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirumangalam which was charge sheeted on 25.12.2012 within time frame as fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the case is pending from the year 2015, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirumangalam is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.63 of 2015 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
