When the case is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Karunanithi, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with a direction to the learned Trial Judge to expedite the trial as expeditiously as possible. Permission is granted. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned Additional Solicitor General would submit that the respondent would be able to complete the trial within a period of six months.
