This petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.466 of 2024 before the Judicial Magisrate, Radhapuram, Tirunelveli District within a stipulated period

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.466 of 2024 is almost over and the final report will be filed within a period of two months.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to file the final report in Crime.No.466 of 2024 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
