RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.4683 of 2019 dated 11.04.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.ANANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD)No.4683 of 2019 on 11.04.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.4683 of 2019 on 11.04.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.4683 of 2019 on 11.04.2019, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.
