CMA.(MD).SR.No.5698/2015 against the Judgment and Decree in MCOP.No.1733 of 2011, dated 06/12/2012 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, IInd Additional Subordinate Court, Trichirapplli.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.S.MURALI, Advocate for the petitioner the Court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 480 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five Hundred only) as cost, to M/s.Rajaji Home for the aged, Visalakshipuram, Madurai, within a period of one week from today, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed.
