Today (30.06.2021), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in respect of the complaint given by him, a case has been registered against the accused persons in Crime No.1323 of 2020 under sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and also submitted that, now, they are not experiencing any trouble or threat to their life. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
