This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and her family members.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the husband of the petitioner, the petitioner is called for enquiry and the perusal of the complaint shows that no offence is made against the petitioner. Therefore, this court directs the respondent that the petitioner shall not be harassed by calling her to the police station under the guise of enquiry.
4. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
