This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to grant permission to conduct Thiru Vizha on Maha Sivarathiri of Oondiveeran Samy of Arulmigu Ayyanar Thirukovil at Vasudevanallur, Sivagiri Taluk, Tenkasi District on 10.03.2023.
2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents.

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submitted that they sought permission of the police by giving a representation dated 30.12.2022 to conduct Thiru Vizha on Maha Sivarathiri for the temple, by name, "Oondiveeran Samy of Arulmigu Ayyanar Thirukovil at Vasudevanallur" at Vasudevanallur, Sivagiri Taluk, Tenkasi District on 10.03.2023. But, the third respondent has not considered the said representation. Since no order was passed, the writ petitioner has come before this Court for the above said relief.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that there were rival groups and that during enquiry, the writ petitioner and the rival claimant Kalaimani have entered into a compromise.
5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner dated 30.12.2022 and pass orders by imposing necessary conditions.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
