This petition has been filed for a direction to quash the FIR in Crime No.149 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Manamadurai Police Station, Sivagangai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent. 3.A perusal of the complaint would show that a cognizable offence is made out.

4.The question as to whether the petitioner has caused damage to the compound wall, is a matter for investigation. 5.Therefore, the petition stands dismissed. However, a direction is issued to the first respondent to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
