ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 342, 294(b), 307 and 302 IPC in Crime No.237 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.After elaborate arguments, this Court expresses its opinion that the presence of the petitioner herein is admitted in the counter case in crime No.238 of 2020, hence, there is no question of anticipatory bail.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a college going student and if he arrested and remanded to judicial custody, his future will become jeopardize. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The Investigating Officer is present and she states that one Advocate was helping the petitioner and they are unable to find out

whereabouts of the petitioner. Whenever she visits the house of the petitioner, the mother of the petitioner threatens her by stating that she will commit suicide by writing letter that the cause of the suicide is the Investigating Officer. Hence, the Investigating Officer uses some force in securing the petitioner. 5.Now, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

6.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
