O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that one case is registered by the second respondent and another case is registered by the third respondent against the petitioner's relative one Tamilselvi under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotrophic Substances Act. He further submitted that based on the said cases, the respondents 2 and 3 are harassing the petitioner and compelled her to produce the said Tamilselvi. He further submitted that the petitioner is not known the whereabouts https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the said Tamilselvi and even after the said fact was informed to the respondents 2 and 3, they are frequently harassing the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that it is true that two cases have been registered against the said Tamilselvi under the NDPS Act and the respondents 2 and 3 are searching the said Tamilselvi and only for that purpose, the petitioner was enquired. However, she was not subjected to any harassment, as alleged by her. 5.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
