2.This petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the FIR in Crime No.312 of 2013.

3.Heard Mr.P.Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.K.Anbarasan, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent.

4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate on instruction submitted that the investigation in Crime No.312 of 2013 has been closed on 23.02.2014 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankoil, under Section 468 Cr.P.C.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, the connected M.P is also closed.
