ORDER

The present revision petition has been filed for early disposal of H.M.O.P.No.816 of 2016 pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

2. The said H.M.O.P has been filed by the wife seeking dissolution of the marriage that has taken place between the revision petitioner and the respondent herein on 22.08.2010.

3. In the said H.M.O.P, the husband/respondent herein has filed a counter that he is willing to accede to the request of divorce, in case if the petitioner/wife deletes the allegations made against the husband.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submits that the witness on the side of the respondent has been examined and it is posted for examination of further witnesses on 22.02.2023. 2/4

5. Considering the fact that H.M.O.P is pending for the past 7 years, this Court directs the Family Court to dispose of the H.M.O.P on or before 28.04.2023. With the above said direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
